  1. Developing Habits

You’re unstoppable when you start practicing healthy habits. The best part? You already know how to develop a habit. We just need to make sure to mirror this to areas of your life where it’s lacking. We’ll introduce weekly challenges to start developing areas where healthy habits are lacking. We’ll also establish a strong morning and evening routine that will fit seamlessly into your schedule (and the one you can actually stick to every day). 

Then on to step 3:

  1. Eliminating procrastination

Procrastination can derail even the most disciplined individuals. We'll dive into the root causes of procrastination and develop effective strategies to overcome them. Through personalized techniques and accountability measures, we'll tackle procrastination head-on, ensuring that you avoid postponing tasks to the last minute and never again feel stressed and guilty because of it.

Then on to the last step:

  1. Strengthening Willpower and Self-Control

Willpower and self-control are muscles that can be strengthened over time. We’ll implement practices designed to increase your levels of self-control. You’ll learn how to resist temptations and impulse behaviors. You’ll be equipped with techniques that will allow you to avoid impulse shopping, eating junk food, or skipping workouts.

We will adjust the areas and time spent on each area based on your personal goals and current struggles.

TIMELINE

Phase 1:

You will get crystal clear on a 1-1 call with Gasper on three things:

  • Current Pain Points & Struggles
  • Strong WHY
  • Setting the Right Goals

We will develop a fully personalized plan tailored to your specific situation.

I want you to build ultimate self-discipline that will allow you to achieve whatever you want in the future.

But I also want you to have clarity and a clear action plan today.

This is week 1.

Phase 2:

You now have clarity on your path. But this time, you're not alone.

You understand that you get

  • Direct Whatsapp access to Gasper to ask questions, share progress, discuss pain points, and celebrate your wins.
  • The 1 weekly check-in call so that you can get help no matter where you are. 
  • The 1 monthly strategy call to review progress and course correct to ensure the best possible outcome.
